Ambiguity is something I've learned to move through, not wait out.
My background spans communications, marketing, and analysis, and that combination is deliberate. Messy marketing is usually a story problem in disguise. But you can't see the mess if you're not tracking, and you can't track meaningfully until the story is clear. That's where I live. Finding where the message breaks down, building the operational structure to fix it, and, because I understand the messaging deeply enough, building the automation systems that close the gaps between RevOps, marketing, and product delivery.
The story and the system have to talk to each other. I make sure they do.
I care more about outcomes than output. When we're done, you should know what to do next and why.
Outside of work, I bake, crochet and have recently picked up bouldering — each one being just another puzzle to solve with the hands.
