Systematizing a Coaching Assessment and Results Workflow

The Question

How can this assessment be structured so results are accurate, segmented, and delivered automatically, without increasing friction for users or coaches?

Approach

I started by mapping the logic of the assessment and clarifying how responses should translate into categories. From there, I designed a segmented questionnaire that was easier to complete and built a Google Workspace workflow to handle calculations, categorization, and delivery of results automatically.

What Was Created

Outcome

The assessment process became faster, more consistent, and significantly less manual. Coaches regained time for analysis and client work, while users experienced a clearer, more streamlined assessment flow.
