Testing a New Service Offering for a Small Business

A new carpet care business needed to define its positioning and create a clear way for customers to request service without friction.

How should this service be framed to stand out, and what information was actually necessary to convert interest into a viable request?

Approach

I clarified the core service offering and messaging before building anything complex. From there, I designed a simple concept page and intake flow that balanced ease of use with collecting the right information for follow-up.
